Depending upon membership and growth, we could apply for federal funding for programs on addiction management and/or abatement. Addiction management would mean insuring a low-cost substance supply without requiring criminal activitiy, and addiction abatement, well, that's the usual "don't do it, it's bad for you" - though medical advances make this kind of stuff easier than just saying no.

Eventually I would hope to have subgroups ranging from Mormon purist (no caffeine, no unrefined sugar, etc) to hardcore (obtaining federal permits for dispensing controlled substances -- Purdue University has one for LSD research).
